By accessing or using SlabTracked ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SlabTracked provides grading submission tracking for CGC Comics and PSA Cards, marketplace listing management, dealer tools for customer management and invoicing, voice, photo and video submission entry, and a browser companion that automates grader form entry.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information including your grading account credentials if using the sync feature. You may not share your account with others or use the service for unauthorized purposes.
When you provide regular-account CGC credentials for optional server sync, they are encrypted, expire after 72 hours, and are used solely to sign in to your own grading account. PSA server sync does not receive or store your password: you sign in directly inside an isolated Browserbase Live View, and the resulting private browser context is retained until you disconnect, PSA invalidates it, or the connection is deleted. We are not affiliated with CGC, PSA, or any grading company. SlabTracked is an independent tracking tool.
Dealer features are provided for legitimate grading submission businesses. Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of customer data entered and for complying with applicable laws regarding customer communications and data handling.
Free tier: basic submission tracking with a 60-day history window. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually: Collector ($4.99/month or $49/year), Seller ($9.99/month or $99/year), and Pro ($19.99/month or $199/year), with a Dealer tier (from $39.99/month) that adds the dealer portal, customer payments, and team accounts. All paid tiers include a 30-day free trial. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

SlabTracked is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for: accuracy of grading data from CGC/PSA, delays in submission tracking updates, losses related to eBay listing management, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings page.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
