By accessing or using SlabTracked ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SlabTracked provides grading submission tracking for CGC Comics and PSA Cards, marketplace listing management, dealer tools for customer management and invoicing, and a Chrome browser extension for automated data syncing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information including your grading account credentials if using the sync feature. You may not share your account with others or use the service for unauthorized purposes.
When you provide CGC or PSA credentials, they are encrypted and used solely to sync your submission data. We are not affiliated with CGC, PSA, or any grading company. SlabTracked is an independent tracking tool.
Dealer features are provided for legitimate grading submission businesses. Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of customer data entered and for complying with applicable laws regarding customer communications and data handling.
Free tier: Basic submission tracking. Collector tier ($6/month): Advanced features including analytics. Pro tier ($12/month): Full features including dealer tools and API access. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
SlabTracked is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for: accuracy of grading data from CGC/PSA, delays in submission tracking updates, losses related to eBay listing management, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings page.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
