Get started with SlabTracked

1. Sign in and connect

Open Settings and choose your grading connection. Follow the CGC or PSA sign-in instructions. If you do not have access yet, join the waitlist.

2. Sync and track

Bring in your submissions, then open Track to see progress and return tracking. Enable the notifications you want. New grades and photos appear as they become available from the grader.

3. Prepare a batch

In Submit → Preparation, choose the grading service and a preset or service level. Search for an item, dictate details with the microphone, or select Photo and video scan.

For photos, use clear front shots with no overlap or glare. For video, show one item at a time and hold it still for about three seconds. Review suggested matches and correct anything unclear before adding entries.

Set your options, edit the batch, and save it to Drafts. The submission companion automates form entry; eligible CGC drafts can also use hosted preparation. Review the order and complete checkout with the grader.

4. Get ready to sell

Connect your selling accounts and create a draft from inventory. Check the photos, title, description, and price, then choose to publish. See Integrations for supported channels.
