SlabTracked
Security & data access
How your grading connections, scans, and shared information work.
Your grading accounts
You authorize the connection to your own CGC or PSA account. PSA sign-in takes place directly in a private browser session; SlabTracked does not receive or store your PSA password. That session can remain connected until you disconnect it or PSA requires a new sign-in.
Optional CGC account connections may use an encrypted, time-limited credential with your consent. Other CGC workflows have their own connection and retention details. The Privacy Policy explains these differences.
Photos, video, and voice
Photo and video scan asks for consent before sending images for analysis. Video is reviewed on your device, and selected still frames are used for scanning; the raw video is not uploaded. You review suggested entries before adding them to a submission.
Voice entry uses your browser’s speech recognition. You control microphone access through your browser. Provider processing and feature-specific retention are explained in Privacy.
Sharing and selling
Choose what you publish through galleries, customer links, and marketplace listings. Check photos and descriptions for private information before sharing. Preparing a listing draft is separate from choosing to publish it.
Disconnect, export, or delete
Manage connections in Settings. For a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion, contact the privacy address listed in our Privacy Policy. Ending a paid subscription is separate from deleting an account.
Report a security concern
Contact privacy@slabtracked.com with a short description and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include another person’s private information or account credentials.
