USD pricing for submissions to US grading facilities. Return shipping depends on destination, declared value and the services in each order. Grader taxes, duties, inbound postage and membership subscriptions are included only when you enter them.
Different tiers or add-on combinations are estimated as separate orders. Entries with the same services combine. Each CGC book order includes $5 online handling; cards and PSA orders have no handling charge. CGC book parcels hold up to 25 items and standard card parcels up to 300. Shipping is recalculated for each parcel’s declared value. Actual packing, remote-area charges and extra invoices may change the final bill.
CGC’s January 2026 notice and Signature Series page price imaging at $8; its older general fee page still displays $5. This calculator uses $8. The member fee chart lists Vintage Bulk grading Fast Track at $15 for every membership. Other eligible grading Fast Track charges follow the chart’s member discount; pressing Fast Track is estimated at the published $15 add-on. The chart specifically lists an Elite Signature Series Unlimited minimum of $136; this calculator follows that published exception.
CGC membership discounts apply to eligible grading, pressing and autograph services. Reholder, labels, imaging, pedigree, reject fees, artist fees, handling and shipping are excluded. Dealer 25% is a configurable-contract estimate requested for this calculator, using the same eligible services; it is not a published universal dealer rate. Private signing packages need their own event quote.
CGC Grade PreScreen costs $5 per rejected book in Modern / Vintage Bulk (25-book minimum), or $9 per rejected book in regular Modern / Vintage (no minimum). Accepted books pay the grading fee. These are reject fees, not a $12 add-on for every book. Autograph PreScreen has a separate $9 reject fee. Pressing and Fast Track remain charged where selected; labels and imaging are estimated on accepted items. All submitted items still need return shipping.
When Grade PreScreen rejects are entered, the main per-book cost divides the entire submission cost by the number of books that pass. This includes reject fees, selected services on rejected books and all shipping. The eBay estimate sells only passing books but deducts the entered purchase cost of every submitted book. No resale income is assumed for rejects. An autograph-grade rejection alone does not reduce the number of graded books.
PSA card Value services were listed as paused when checked. Current available tiers are shown. PSA comic imaging and grader notes are included. The optional PSA free-pressing promotion is limited to eligible grading tiers and expires October 15, 2026; it is never applied automatically. CGC’s no-signature service covers up to $5,000 per parcel. Signature / expedited estimates use the corresponding published rate band, upgrading further for higher declared values; confirm optional upgrades at checkout. US PO Box shipments use USPS at the same published rates. Own-account CGC shipments add $4 per parcel to your postage and insurance quote. International USPS is uninsured by CGC and requires a quote.
PSA insured returns require a signature; PSA selects the carrier. You may instead use your own FedEx account and insurance. PSA card shipping uses the last quantity band plus the published charge for each additional card. International card orders split when grading fees exceed $2,500. PSA card shipments over $200,000, oversized CGC cards / hobby coins, or a single CGC item above the insured package limit require a shipping quote.
